Today’s Prayer: Love

Father, in the name of Jesus, thank you for another week in the land of the living. We are grateful for your love towards us.

On this Valentine’s Day, we thank you for being the inventor of love. You love us so much, that you gave your only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

On a day like today it is easy for us to love those we love, but God we ask that you help us to love our enemies and do good. Help us to obey your commandment and love one another as you have loved us.

With all we do, help us to do it in love; because without love, we are nothing.

Lord, thank you for this wonderful day. In Jesus name…Amen.

Today’s Prayer: Peace

Good morning beautiful people of God!

Father in the name of Jesus, thank you for another day! We bless your wonderful name.

Lord with each passing day, remind us to keep our minds on you. Your word tells us you will keep us in perfect peace as we keep our minds on you, because we trust you. As we face tribulation in a fallen world, help us to set our mind on the Spirit because it is life and peace. We ask that your peace rule in our hearts, and we thank you in advance that YOU have overcome the world, which means we already have the victory in Christ Jesus.

As we go about our weekend, we submit ourselves to you. And when the enemy attempts to rob us of our peace help us to resist him because he will flee from us.

Thank you for being the Lord of peace. In Jesus name…Amen

Today’s Prayer: Believe

Father in the name of Jesus, we thank you for another day to give you glory and praise.

Father help us to believe your word in all things. Help us not to be moved by what we see, but continually teach us to stand on your word. Your word says, without faith, it is impossible to please God. Remind us to continually walk in faith on a moment by moment basis so we can please you.

Father, with everything happening in the earth, cause us to draw closer to you. Lord, I pray we don’t fall into having a sinful unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.

My prayer for us today is that the God of hope fill us with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit we may abound in hope.

We are grateful that you delight in the prayers of the upright and we thank you in advance for answering our prayers. You are good and your mercy endures forever.

We really can’t thank you enough!

Today’s Prayer: Faithfulness

Father, in the name of Jesus, thank you for your faithfulness. Thank you for being “faithful to us when we are faithless.”  As we move forward into the new year, help us to remain faithful as we lean on you for all things.

Your word tells us, that “many have unfailing love, but a faithful person who can find.” Oh God, help us to remain faithful to your Word! In these difficult times we are living in, cause our hearts to remain faithful unto you regardless of the obstacles we will face.

Your word tells us a “faithful man will abound in many blessings.” Teach us to be faithful in the small things so you can trust us with much.

Lord in your parable of the talents, as the master was pleased with his servant, we ask that you be pleased with our lives so when meet you face to face we will hear those blessed words, “well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.”

We thank you. In Jesus Name…Amen.
